Little Mix have taken fans behind the scenes of the music video for their latest single ‘No More Sad Songs’ and it’s definitely made us want to get our cowboy boots on.
The girls – Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirwall – shot the video in Nashville, America, and they’ve given us a sneak peek of what went on backstage.
Speaking about the video, Jade says: “The concept for ‘No More Sad Songs’ is kind of Coyote Ugly themed and a little bit Western. We just wanted to do something that nobody would expect for this song.”
The video sees the girls line-dancing the night away in a bar, playing pool and riding a bucking bronco rather seductively.
But admitting it’s not all it is cracked up to be, Perrie says: “It’s hard to look sexy and cool and fun when you’re being bashed about by a bull.” Quite.
‘No More Sad Songs’ features Machine Gun Kelly and he is quick to sing the band’s praises in the BTS footage.
“Favourite girlband of all f***ing time,” he declares. Good job, really.
‘No More Sad Songs’ is available to download from Apple iTunes now.
