These tasty no bake granola bars make cooking actually seem quite easy. Whether yours are for breakfast, mid-morning snack or pre or post gym sesh, they’re delicious.
Full No Bake Granola Bars Recipe from Girls Like Carbs
100g almonds (roasted & roughly chopped)
50g pumpkin seeds (roasted & roughly chopped)
2 tbsp honey
60g smooth peanut butter
200g medjool dates (pitted and finely chopped)
100g rolled oats
Roast the almonds and pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes in a hot (180’C) oven. You’ll know they are done when you can smell them in the kitchen.
Melt the peanut butter and honey together in a saucepan for a few minutes over a medium heat.
Add in the dates and mix well, until the dates have taken on a paste-like consistency.
Next, mix in the almonds, pumpkin seeds and oats. Spoon the mixture out onto a tray until about 2cm thick.
Refrigerate for 10 mins to allow the mix to firm. Then cut into squares and put pack into the fridge for a further 45 mins – or until fully firm.
