Dermot O’Leary and Emma Willis Pay Touching Tribute To Michael Bublé At The BRITs 2017

Dermot O’Leary and Emma Willis paid a touching tribute to Michael Bublé at tonight’s BRIT Awards.

Michael was originally set to host the iconic music ceremony, however he pulled out following his son Noah’s cancer diagnosis in November.

Honouring the Canadian singer, replacement hosts Dermot and Emma sent Michael and his family their best wishes after opening the show at London’s O2 Arena.

Looking down at the audience, Dermot said: “If truth be told, we would much rather be down there watching Michael Bublé host up here.”

Emma continued: “We so wish he could be with us this evening. everyone at The BRITs sends him all our love. Fingers crossed we will see him here next year.”

Michael and his wife, Argentinian model and actress Luisana Lopilato, both put their careers on hold following the sad announcement that three-year-old Noah is suffering from liver cancer.

However, following reports that Noah is responding well to treatment, Michael  less than a fortnight ago.

Michael and Luisana are also parents to son Elias, one.
