Check It Out: Here’s How To Wear That Clueless Print

As we’re more than half way through September, we’re well on our way to Autumn-Winter fashion for 2018. As always, the fashion Gods (or just those designers from fashion month back in February) dictated what trends will be hot right now. One big trend we’re seeing is the check print.

Whether you’re wanting to channel your inner Cher Horowitz from Clueless, or want to spruce up your already pretty-nifty wardrobe, we’ve got the know-how so you can incorporate this trend into your Autumn-Winter looks:

Day-to-night wear

Check is one of those patterns that’ll probably remind you of your old school uniform, or your gran’s classic winter coat. Either way it’s a trend that’s pretty popular.

With the latest weather reports of a horrifically cold winter this year, trousers, leggings, shorts with tights and dresses which you can layer over or under are the way forward. Plus, you’ll always look effortlessly smart!

It’s all in the accessories

Perhaps you like the check print trend but you’re not really keen on investing in it long-term. If you fancy dabbling with the print without too much commitment, why not try out some accessories that you can add to any look you’ve got? Think headbands, a scarf for the colder weather, bags, or even an umbrella.
