Beyoncé and Jay Z have hit the beach for the summer and set up home in a mansion worth almost $55 million (around £43 million).
The A list couple, who are rumoured to have welcomed their twins, have temporarily moved to Malibu in California at an eye-watering cost of $400,000 a month. Wow.
“But what kind of a pile can you get for that kind of money?” we hear you cry. THIS KIND OF PILE.
The 10-bedroomed pad, which Queen Bey and Jay are renting, has uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and is set within a whopping 6.5 acres.
Along with both indoor and outdoor pools and a tennis court, the mega property even has its very own swish ballroom. We’re sure with newborn twins and a five-year-old daughter the couple will be holding many a fancy ball this summer…NOT.
No expense has been spared for friends and family either, as the gated estate features a guest house fit for a Royal Carters visit.
Beyonce and Jay Z’s rented abode is currently up for sale and can be viewed via Zoopla, with the listing reading: “With the finest architectural integrity, quality of construction and imported designer details, this estate is truly for those who demand ultra luxurious living in one of the rarest trophy properties in the world.”
Not too shabby for a holiday home, eh?
Meanwhile, Bey and Jay are continuing to remain tight-lipped following rumours that they have already welcomed their twins.
Whispers began after Beyonce’s father Mathew Knowles tweeted on 18 June: “They’re here! #beyonce #twins #jayz #happybirthday. Happy birthday to the twins! Love, Granddad.”
Whether they are here or not, those bubbas are set to have one heck of a start to their lives in that house.
