The GLAMOUR Women of the Year Awards marks one of the most star-studded, raucous and eventful shows of the fashion mag calendar, and this year was no exception.

Nicole Kidman picked up the award for Film Actress of the Year, and used her acceptance speech to mark the strength shown London in the wake of the terror attacks.

Boxing heartthrob Anthony Joshua left attendees swooning in his gorgeous wake, while Stormzy and presenter girlfriend Maya Jama caused some serious couple envy.

Amy Poehler did this fairly brilliant Trump send-up as she accepted an award for Inspiration of the Year:

Liam Payne attended the event solo, and James Corden picked up the Man of the Year award.

And then there were the dresses. Here’s our pick of the best looks on the red carpet:

There aren’t many people that can pull off floor-length floral lace – lilac lace at that – but Nicole appeared almost ethereal in this Erdem number.

Winnie Harlow

Winnie looked like an absolute babe in this lingerie-inspired Alberta Ferretti number.

Ella Eyre

How 90s is this look? Reminds us of our Mousse T school disco days minus the pedal pushers. Big fans.

There’s something of the “sexy Matador” about this look from Alesha Dixon. And we absolutely love it.

Frankie Bridge

The former Saturdays star was glowing in this embroidered, sequin-strewn gown.

Gabriella Wilde

Wilde Bucked the ball gown trend for a pretty awesome deconstructed utility dress.

We’d totally wear this. Loving the wide-legged dungaree-style jumpsuit, too. G’wan, Coxy.

Stormzy in a suit. Say no more.
