Unless you’ve been hiding under the world’s most gigantic rock, or have spent all of today far, far away from the internet, you would’ve seen the news that another royal baby is on the way.

It’s offspring number three for Prince William and Kate Middleton, aka the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, bringing another sibling into the world for Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2.

Of course, the internet is just a little bit excited.

Then there’s this guy, who may have figured out Will’s motives…

According to royal journalists, Kate is likely to be less than 3 months along, usually considered the ‘safe zone’ for revealing your news.

The official press release from Kensington Palace, where the royal couple reside, notes that she was set to stop by Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today, as well as highlighting that she’s suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum (severe nausea and vomiting) once again.

This only effects around 1 in every 100 women during pregnancy according to NHS statistics, placing Kate among the unlucky few.

As for the due date, all bets are open on when we can expect the little royal to arrive, as Kate’s current stage of pregnancy is unknown. However, assuming she’s at least one month along, we could be welcoming their next child any time from March to May 2018.

There are already bets on the new royal’s name too – who will be fifth in line to the throne – with Alice and Arthur being the bookies’ current favourites according to Ladbrokes.

Not everyone’s embracing the #royalbaby news though, with some using it to shine a light on the government’s new two-child limit on claiming child benefit.

But let’s be honest. All we really care about is this:
